Attempted Baltimore Killer Charged After Late Spring Shooting

A Baltimore man has been arrested in connection to a shooting late last spring, authorities say.

Juan Foster, 42, is accused of shooting a 31-year-old man in the 3800 block of Tivoly Avenue on Wednesday, May, 11, according to Baltimore police.

Investigators believes Foster shot the victim following a dispute.

On Wednesday, Oct. 26, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Foster without incident in the Hyattsville, Maryland.

Detectives transported Juan Foster to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
